SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Coverage

We currently sell and ship to addresses within the United States only.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is approved.

Processing times may be extended during high-demand periods or when additional payment or identity verification is required for fraud-prevention purposes.


Shipping Time (Estimated)

Estimated delivery time is typically 5–15 business days after shipment, depending on destination, carrier performance, weather, and other factors outside our control.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Multiple Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately from different fulfillment locations. Tracking numbers will be provided for each shipment when available.


Tracking

Tracking is provided for shipped orders. Once a tracking number is issued, the order is considered shipped and in transit.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified after shipment. Customers may request a return after delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.


Carrier Delays

Shipping carriers operate independently. Transit delays caused by carriers, weather events, operational disruptions, or peak season volume are outside our control.


Delivery Confirmation

Delivery is considered completed when the carrier confirms delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, including delivery confirmation, GPS confirmation, photo confirmation, or signature confirmation where available.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for loss or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a shipment is returned due to address error, reshipment may require additional postage fees.


Lost or Stolen Packages After Delivery

If tracking shows Delivered but the package cannot be located, customers should:

  • Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  • Contact the carrier to request a delivery investigation

  • Contact support@empireclubcs.comso we can assist with available documentation

We will cooperate in good faith with carrier investigations. Refunds or replacements for packages confirmed as delivered are not guaranteed.


Duties and Taxes

Orders shipped within the United States may be subject to applicable state or local sales tax at checkout where required by law.
