REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Overview
We accept returns for eligible items only when the item is physically returned and approved after inspection. Refunds are not issued without a completed return unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Return Window
You must contact us within 14 days of the carrier marking the order as Delivered to request a return authorization.
Return requests submitted after this period may be denied unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

If approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RMA) and provide return instructions. Returns sent without authorization may be refused or rejected.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as received

In the original packaging with all accessories and components

Properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping
Items showing signs of use, wear, modification, or damage caused after delivery may be denied or subject to partial refund where permitted by law.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective or required by law:

Order Cancellations After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled after shipment. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, you must follow the return process described in this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion after verification.
Shipping Costs for Returns
Unless an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Inspection and Refund Processing
All returned items are subject to inspection.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive the return for inspection and refund processing. Posting times depend on your bank or payment provider.
Refused / Undeliverable / Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, any refund will be processed only after the item is returned and inspected.
Refunds may be reduced by outbound shipping, handling, and processing costs where permitted by law.
Delivered but Lost or Stolen Packages
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe a package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact us. We may assist with carrier claims, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed.
